Our HERstory
After being diagnosed with PCOS in 2015, Essence created the Cajun Cyster in 2018 to further her mission to help others like herself. We've consistently grown since then, all thanks to the helping hands our amazing community! This year, in 2021, for the first time the Cajun Cyster branched out & organized 3 walks in multiple cities in NWLA.
